RICARDO VALDIVIESO ORIANI
This lot from Santa Leticia is stunning in its own way. It has this comforting character that we love in a coffee. It is not a wild one but it will please the most discerning of coffee tasters.
Tasting notes: Apple Pie, Blackberry, Black Pepper
This lot from Santa Leticia is stunning in its own way. It has this comforting character that we love in a coffee. It is not a wild one but it will please the most discerning of coffee tasters. It is a clean natural process more on the heavy and caramelly notes than the bright and fruity ones. This is the first time in our existence that we feature a coffee from El Salvador. That is not by a lack of quality but rather of timing. Regardless we're quite happy that we're starting this origin with Ricardo's coffee.
It has this comfort style of a flavor profile. Rich with notes of apple pie and blackberry and a slight aromatic of black pepper.
